The USS Constitution was launched in 1797, making it the world's oldest commissioned naval vessel still sailing. She is most noted for her battles during the War of 1812, where she defeated five British war ships. Today, the USS Constitution is open to the public for tours and sails once a year through Boston Harbor where she performs an elaborate gun drill.
